Pond Walks

Welcome to the Illiana Garden Pond Walk 2006

Beecher, Illinois

Pond #9

We like to refer to our garden as whimsically rustic. Thanks to Waters Edge, we upgraded just last year from a 140 gallon preformed pond, to a 1,600 gallon pond with a waterfall and small stream. It is home to several water lilies, numerous frogs, 12 goldfish and a lighthouse. There is a flagstone sitting area containing two antique motel chairs and a small copper fire pit for chilly evenings. We are in the process of installing a dry creek bed and a gnome garden.
